Privacy Policy for Collate

Last updated: July 8, 2026

Collate is a macOS app for merging images and PDFs into a single document. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use it.

Summary

Collate does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your data. Everything happens entirely on your Mac.

What Collate does with your files

Data collection

Collate does not collect:

Collate has no accounts, no sign-in, and no server component of any kind.

Third parties

Collate does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising frameworks. Nothing is shared with anyone, because nothing is collected in the first place.

Children's privacy

Collate does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, for the reasons above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of Collate adds a feature that does involve data collection — this document will be updated and the change will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
